Please distinguish preparation from travel time: standard processing is approximately 1–2 business days, followed by estimated shipping of 3–5 business days. This policy covers physical purchases made on this website, and delivery dates remain estimates rather than guarantees.

Any entitlement to free shipping is established on the checkout screen. You are responsible for supplying the full delivery address and accurate email and telephone contact details before paying.

When a tracking reference is issued, we make the available tracking information accessible. Scans can be delayed, and transport may be affected by holidays, adverse weather and carrier operations. Geographic, address-based or product-specific delivery restrictions can apply.

For a late or lost shipment, damage in transit or an unexplained delivered scan, contact us with the order number, checkout email and tracking reference. Explain the circumstances and retain the parcel packaging; we may need images to review damage and coordinate an investigation.
