When would an order travel? About 1–2 business days are normally needed to process it, then the delivery estimate is 3–5 business days. Arrival is not guaranteed within that estimate. Free-shipping eligibility appears at checkout.
What if I ordered the wrong thing or no longer want it? We accept defective and non-defective returns and provide exchanges. Tell us within 30 days following delivery to request return by mail or an exchange. Returned goods must be new, unused and in original condition, with original packaging, labels and all included accessories.
What are the label and fee rules? A complimentary return label is enclosed in the package. There is no restocking fee, but you must receive authorization before posting the goods. Exchanges are limited by the stock actually available.
